COUNCILORS PRESENT: Mayor Eric Hauptman, Jerry Curran, Peter Howison, Richard Koehler, Susie Navetta, Bob Petersdorf,

COUNCILORS ABSENT: John Scott.

OTHERS PRESENT: Peter Gintner City Attorney and Greg Perkins, staff.

Mayor Eric Hauptman called the meeting of the City Council to order at 6:33 p.m; called the roll and stated that a quorum was present.

 

2. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE

Councilors joined in the Pledge of Allegiance.

3. AGENDA

Mayor Hauptman read the Executive Session Invocation and the Council commenced Executive Session. Thereafter the Council returned to regular session. The Mayor noted that the Executive Session was complete and that during the session the Council had conferred with the City Attorney about pending litigation.

4. ADJOURNEMENT

Councilor Petersdorf moved to adjourn without making any decisions and

Councilor Navetta seconded the motion. The motion was adopted unanimously, 5:0.

The meeting adjourned at approximately 8:51 p.m.
