1.      Call to order

Council President Jamie Mills called the meeting of the Dunes City Council to order at
4:00 pm .  

2.      Roll call  

Roll Call was taken by City Recorder Fred Hilden .  

Present:  Council President Jamie Mills, Councilor Richard Anderson , Councilor Richard Koehler, and Councilor Duke Wells .  

Absent:  Mayor Rebecca Ruede and Councilor Troy Sathe were absent and excused.  

Also Present:  City Recorder Fred Hilden .  

3.      Pledge of Allegiance  

All who were present stood for the Pledge of Allegiance.  

4.      Approval of the Agenda  

Councilor Wells made a motion to approve the Agenda.  Councilor Anderson seconded the motion.  The motion passed by unanimous vote.  

5.      Consent Agenda - None  

6.      Announcements / Correspondence - None  

7.   Citizen Input  

There were no citizens present.  

8.   Committee/Commission Reports - None  

9.   Public Hearing - None

11. New Business  

Resolution Series 2011, No. 9 ( 06/29/2011 )

City Recorder Fred Hilden explained that this resolution would transfer $1,600.00 from the 2010-2011 General Fund Materials & Service’s Consulting line item to the 911 Fund Emergency Communication Requirements line item to ensure that necessary resources are available to cover expenses. He added that the resolution had been reviewed and approved by Sally Jaeggli, the City’s Auditor, and Sandi King from the Oregon Department of Revenue (Finance & Taxation).  

Councilor Anderson moved to adopt Resolution Series 2011, No. 9, dated June 29, 2011 .  The motion was seconded by Councilor Wells.  The motion passed unanimously.

14. Adjournment  

There being no further business to come before the City Council, Councilor Koehler moved to adjourn the meeting. The motion was seconded by Councilor Anderson .  The motion passed by unanimously vote.  

Council President Mills adjourned the meeting of the Dunes City Council at 4:05 pm .
