Dunes City ordains as follows:  

Section 1.        Ordinance 169 is repealed in its entirety.  

Section 2.        Section 2 of Ordinance 104 is amended to read:           

            MEMBERSHIP. The Commission shall consist of five members, four shall be city residents but not officers or employees of the city, one shall be a member of the Council.  

Section 3.        Section 4 of Ordinance 104 is amended to read:  

            PRESIDING MEMBER. The appointed Councilor shall be the chairperson. In July of each year the commission shall elect a vice-chairperson to serve for the following 12 months.  

Section 4.        Section 32.02 and 32.03 of the Dunes City Code of Ordinances is amended consistent with Section 2 and 3 of this Ordinance.  

            ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF DUNES CITY THIS 12^th DAY OF NOVEMBER, 2009.
